Booking Terms & Conditions
All course descriptions are correct at time of going to press. Westmoreland College commits to providing the course as described. In the event of course content changing due to course revision by the relevant recognition body there will be no refund claims entertained on foot of this. All courses are subject to a minimum number of participants registering. In the event of a course not proceeding due to insufficient numbers we will offer you a choice of transfer to an alternate course within Westmoreland College, transfer to an alternate course within another recognised educational institution or a refund of fees paid. In the event of a course not proceeding a course advisor will discuss these options with you. Westmoreland College will confirm acceptance of all bookings in writing (letter/fax/e-mail/receipt). A booking cannot be considered to have been accepted by Westmoreland College unless it has been confirmed in writing.
Once a booking has been made with Westmoreland College the student agrees to be bound by the booking and cancellation conditions of Westmoreland College.
Supplements/Amendments
Any additional chargeable supplements will be specified at the time of booking. Items such as exam registration fees and registration with a recognition body must be paid for directly by the student. Any items not specifically listed as being included in the course description may be subject to an additional charge.
Booking Deposits
A deposit of EUR 200 per person is required with each booking. In the case of visa requiring nationals full payment is required with every booking in accordance with visa regulations of the Department of Justice (DJELR).
Payment
Full payment in EURO must be made 5 working days prior to commencement of course. Services will only be provided once payment has been received. Payment may be made by:

Prices
Prices are correct at time of going to press. The most current price list is always available on our website (www.westmorelandcollege.ie) It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that they are aware of the current price for the course being booked. Westmoreland College reserves the right to alter prices at any time should unforeseen circumstances require it.
Cancellations & Refunds
All fees paid are non-refundable and credits will only be allowed at the discretion of the management of Westmoreland College. Where a booking is made for a visa requiring national we will refund all course fees paid in the case of a visa being refused for the course booked, less an administrative charge of EUR 200. We will require documentary evidence of the visa refusal and will seek independent verification from relevant government departments before any refund is made. Where a visa application has been made using fraudulent documentation or where there is reason to believe that an application was not made in good faith we reserve the right to withhold any fee refund.
Insurance
Westmoreland College holds insurance as required by Irish law. Westmoreland College does not provide health insurance for students. Students should be aware that they are responsible for arranging their own insurance against all expenses that might arise due to any accident, illness which results in them being unable to complete a course or against loss or theft of personal effects or money.
Health
Students must notify Westmoreland College of any medical conditions that may influence their course attendance. Westmoreland College reserves the right to exclude students from the college if, in the opinion of Westmoreland College management, a medical condition makes continuing a course of study untenable or risks the health or other students or staff.
Damage
Students are liable for any damage caused by them and payment for such damage must be made immediately. Failure to pay for damage caused to Westmoreland College property may result in exclusion from the college.
Discipline
All students will be informed of Westmoreland College code of conduct and behaviour at the commencement of all courses. Breaches of the codes of conduct will result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate expulsion for serious offences. If a student is expelled from Westmoreland College there will be no refund or credit under any circumstances.
Disputes
Any disputes relating to services provided by Westmoreland College must be brought to the attention of the management while the complainant is student of Westmoreland College. We will not entertain complaints about services provided where these complaints were not reported to Westmoreland College at the time. Where necessary any legal disputes will be heard in the courts of the Republic of Ireland. Courses and bookings are subject to the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
