Graduate Diploma in Management Studies

Course objectives

This is a NQAI Level 7 programme (degree equivalent) specifically designed to provide senior supervisors, managers and advanced level business students with a post-graduate or post-experience management qualification for career development purposes.

Key skills & knowledge gained

Studying highly developed and complex levels of knowledge enabling the development of in-depth and original responses to complicated and unpredictable problems and situations.

The course may be offered for entry to a wide range of MBAs subject to examination grades, age and work experience.

Qualifications gained

This programme offers certification each year as follows:

  • Year 1: Certificate in Business Studies
  • Year 2: Diploma in Business Studies
  • Year 3: Advanced Diploma in Business Studies
  • Year 4: Graduate Diploma in Management Studies

The graduate diploma is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree level (NQF level 7).
