Diploma in Financial Management

Course objectives

This 1-year programme is a post-graduate programme, designed for those who hold non-financial qualifications and wish to acquire an understanding of financial data and the way it is applied within an organisation.

Key skills & knowledge gained

Using the language of finance, interpreting financial statements, measuring and managing business performance within an organisation, understanding financial strategies, understanding the main theories and frameworks associated with the management of both financial and non-financial risk.

Qualifications gained

The qualification is awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A.) and is recognised world-wide. Candidates are required to complete a written examination and a project for each module. To achieve a pass in each module candidates are required to obtain 50% in the examination and 50% in the project for that module.
